San Diego Mesa College CA freshman Isaiah Labra won the men's 3,000 meters in 8:45.63 at the Cal State L.A. Invitational at Jesse Owens Stadium. Labra also placed second in the 1,500 in 4:06.17, posting the fastest time by a California Community College Athletic Association athlete in the field.
